Rules
Rules and Laws of course are very important. Just like anywhere in the world, you will get arrested or ticketed for committing a crime. These are our server rules to keep everybody in a good mood, without all the griefing and hate speech.
Rule #1: No Griefing
Breaking or damaging someone else’s builds can result in either prison time and manual labor. It could also be a ban depending on the destruction.
Rule #2: No Stealing
If it is not yours or you don’t own it, don’t touch it. This can result into prison, labor, or even a ban depending on how much was really stolen.
Rule #3: No Killing Without Reason
PvP is allowed if both sides agree or if it is a war or some kind of event. If you for some reason go on a killing spree and starting murdering innocent civilians, that will result to prison, labor, or even a ban. If you are messing around with your friend and they say stop, then stop. Especially if you are on their property because if you are then you are allowed to murder and kill anyone on your property unless the town you live in says otherwise.
Rule #4: Respect Peoples Property
Don’t build or mess with anything too close to someone else’s base. If you do build on someone else’s property then it will result into prison time, and manual labor. Although, this seems like a very minor crime so the time spent in prison wouldn’t be too long. The only way to get banned with this law is if you go all out and start building inappropriate structures and start writing slurs all over their builds. If you do happen to build on someone else’s property without your knowledge, then that is perfectly fine. Just tear it down and move it elsewhere or talk the land owner and work it out. But if they say no then you have to move it.
Rule #5: Don't abuse mods
No lag machines or Create (that is a mod) contraptions that ruin gameplay. This rule only applies to you if you are doing it on purpose. This can result in prison, labor, or ban.
Rule #6: No Duping, Hacking, or Exploiting Bugs
If you are caught cheating in anyway, it will result in a ban. Cheating is taken very seriously, so don’t do it.
Rule #7: Be Chill/ No Toxicity
No over the top spamming, slurs, or toxicity. This can either result into prison, labor or a ban. Although, this rule has a higher chance of being a ban.
Rule #8: Obey Server Lore Rules
If you live in a town, country, or zone of some sort with local laws there, then you must obey those laws. If you don’t follow local regulations, the President, Mayor, or townspeople or whoever will give you whatever punishment they please. Although it will more than likely be prison and manual labor.
Rule #9: You Break, You Pay
If you blow up a building or someone’s property, you will be in prison until it is fixed. And if they had any missing items from your destruction you will have to get those back as well. This kind of goes along with the no griefing rule.
Rule #10: Have Fun And Don't Be Dumb
This rule is pretty simple. Just have fun and enjoy your self. If you’re not, suggest giving any ideas or suggestions on what to do or add in the 📝︱server-suggestions channel in our Discord Server. Just don’t try to loophole your way out of things.
Strike System
Depending on how bad your crime was, you may be let off with a strike, that doesn’t mean still commit any crimes though and expect to be let off.
